- Ao (Organization): Cấu trúc và kiểm soát tổ chức.
- As (Strategy): Tính nhất quán và thích ứng chiến lược.

📊 Normalized BaS (0-1): Càng tiến về 0 càng tối ưu.
What is BaS?
BaS represents the system’s distance from the ideal equilibrium point.
- Ap (Agency): Leadership alignment and pace.
- Ao (Organization): Structure and organizational control.
- As (Strategy): Strategic coherence and adaptability.
